Easy access to the 1 train, nice roof
Cons:
The lobby and stairwells are not the cleanest

Super/ management generally responsive
Cons:
Heating in the basement wasn’t great. We had to use electric heaters which we were reimbursed for.

Pros:
Washer/dryer in unit was great, renovated bathroom and kitchen were nice. The bedrooms got decent light throughout the day.
Cons:
We didn’t get heat for 3 months in the dead of winter. Management ignored our emails and never fixed it.
The noise of the overground 125th st subway is SO loud. The blinding lights from the platform as the train passes also prevented a good nights sleep.
The size of the rooms are small.
Frequent package theft that never got addressed.
Advice to owner:
Answer your emails and respond to your tenants! Don’t lie to tenants and say you never got the emails.
