Fine quiet building

Pros

Small landlord who is pretty responsive to complaints. Nice super. Garbage is managed well. Pretty quiet building—a few students and some longtime elderly residents. Good block with restaurants and bars. We generally liked living there.

Cons

You do have to request an exterminator regularly because there are roaches. Laundry room super inconvenient—closes at 9pm and 2 of the 4 W/D pairs are usually broken and the ones that work smell bad. Pretty annoying and persistent homeless guy out front often.

Advice to the owners

Maintain the washer/dryer pairs better.

Super most times ignored you, there was bedbugs and roaches in my apartment (5), apartment was extremely warm.
