Horrible building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to subway and Columbia University
Cons:
The building was always dirty with many neighbors being loud. Some of them used to smoke weed at the entrance. Worst of all: I got bed bugs at the third month of my stay. The management company sent an exterminator twice. His intervention was less than minimal and bed bugs ended up in almost all of the buildingZ
