Ongoing bedbugs and poor management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly and proactive super as of 2020. There are rent control and stabilized tenants/units
Cons:
One unit on the 3rd floor had bedbugs ongoing for years and years—causing it to spread in the building multiple times. The last few months I lived there, the management didn't want to hire a professional and asked the super to exterminate. Management switched hands constantly

I had packages stolen a couple times. And occasionally loud musicians would cycle through living the building
Advice to owner:
Be vigilant with pests. Get help from the city and social services when people can't take follow bed bug protocol
