Nice well kept and maintained elevators and good garbage

No roof access

Great amount of space and view!

Pros:
You are right next to Riverside Park, close to Columbia, and it's a great amount of space within the actual apartment!
Cons:
-We did have some tiny bugs (but they came and sprayed + put bug catchers)
-Have to go up a hill to get to Columbia
-Police sirens at night sometimes!
Advice to owner:
Overall great experience!
