Apartment is just fine
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is generally helpful, and if you submit a request, fixes are generally made. Apartments are old-school, with large bedrooms and living spaces. Elevator is great.
Cons:
Pests, apartments are old and in bad condition. Response time for issues can be slow.
Advice to owner:
Overhaul the service request system.

Well maintened but aged
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet location except for some infrequent construction. Located right by the park and water
Cons:
Frequent turnover because of much surrounding student housing.
