Wonderfully maintained student housing
Former Tenant
Pros:
This is a clean and quiet building in a great location with really wonderful, dedicated, and kind staff. Although the building is dated in some ways, there is a charm to the architecture (arched doorways and beautiful alcove windows), and an internal courtyard provides air and light. Many apartments have unobstructed views of Riverside Park
Cons:
The hallways could be renovated, but that's about it. Who spends time in the hallway anyways?
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work!

Good place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Columbia as the landlord for our unit was a breeze.
Cons:
Our upstairs neighbour didn't have a carpet, so sometimes we would get noise from them. Landlord never asked them to get one.
Advice to owner:
Ask everyone to get a carpet

Among the best for student housing
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is nice. The location is amazing for dog owners because Riverside Park and Sakura Park are right there.
Cons:
Our unit, 3L, had very little counter space for the kitchen. One of the annoying things about this building is that there are multiple entrances on different streets and delivery people get easily confused by that. Also, none of the units have stainless steel appliances or dishwashers.
