We loved this building! Quiet and respectful neighborhood.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Short walk from 125th station, Riverside Park and Sakura Park. Building staff were friendly and helpful.
The building was always clean.
Water pressure was great.
I always felt safe.
Cons:
Heating during winter was excessive.
The building is in the middle of a significant slope.
Advice to owner:
Continue the great work.
Be considerable to central heating levels.

Average Columbia building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near Sakura and Riverside park, 1-trains and walkable to A+C trains. Overall, we had an Above average experience :)
Cons:
Steep Uphill to get to the building, apt items (fridge and stove) were quite old. Not allowed to use rooftop.
Advice to owner:
The fridge was very old and noisy, so was the oven. If possible, consider allowing people into the rooftop.

Myra is the best
Former Tenant
Pros:
Loved Myra, the super. She will tell you her whole life and runs a tight ship, but she’s really kind and funny. Maintenance crew is really awesome, too.
Cons:
Our apt didn’t get a lot of light. And the garbage disposal room was always a mess.
