beautiful views, mediocre upkeep
Former Tenant
Pros:
had an amazing view of the river and a great location. the rooms were large with high ceilings and the living room was huge with tons of natural light.
Cons:
could never got a hold of the landlord or anyone to do repairs. definitely saw one mouse run into the apartment when i first moved in.
Advice to owner:
update the security of the building!
