HUGE RATS and Roaches.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the subway
Cons:
If you call management more than 3 times they will AUTOMATICALLY put you on reject meaning it goes straight to voicemail. The only way to get things done is by calling the city. Plus PEOPLE KEEP STEALING MY PACKAGES and Managment said they won’t release the camera footage because they want a police report, just to hide the fact that the cameras don’t work! Since when does police care about stolen packages. Even if it’s not for stolen packages, God forbid there was a crime these cameras don’t work or are poorly maintain since 1996 .
