RODENT BEWARE
Former Tenant
Pros:
Hmm, the hallways were painted before I left and mostly clean.
Cons:
MICE MICE MICE MICE! We caught an average of about 2 A DAY in my apartment.
Advice to owner:
Y’all are sick for not addressing the mice problem in that building! Everyone knows it too

Turn and run away - fast
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are nice.
Cons:
Management is slow and non responsive - didn’t replace our washer and dryer for 8 weeks, they didn’t fix the front door security system for 3 weeks and I had $80 worth of packages stolen and they didn’t reimburse me even though it was their negligence (required by a clause in the lease). Street is super loud - next to a hospital with sirens, intersection with horns honking, people yelling, motorbikes buzzing past.
