Avoid this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are rent stabilized units. Heat and water was included.
Cons:
People steal your packages, super is unprofessional, landlord is rude, huge roaches and water bugs cause the building is so old. I would not recommend living in this building at all.

Do NOT live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big bedrooms Phone call buzzer Nice neighbors
Cons:
-floors in every room are very uneven. -hot water goes out every single day, twice a day -each apartment has one 15 amp breaker for the ENTIRE apartment. Power goes out constantly bc of this for multiple apartments at once -management is rude, hangs up on you or is completely unresponsive -multiple tenants report packages stolen constantly over two years -security cameras are offline and management knows and refuses to fix them -water pressure is terrible. -super is overwhelmed and also makes tons of noise early in the morning
Advice to owner:
Sell this building to a company that would actually care about improving the building infrastructure- electricity and water systems desperately need improvement.

Terrible building
Former Tenant
Pros:
There were no pros.
Cons:
Power went out in my apartment and took more than 28 hours to fix. Super was terrible. There was almost never hot water, and when it was hot it was brown. Terrible apartment
Advice to owner:
Replace the super with someone competent and actually listen to tenants.

Keep looking
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are currently 8 vacant apartments. Not because of Covid
Cons:
Careless management team “Zalmet”, and awful super “fausto”. They don’t even have a proper website. Nor proper contact info
Advice to owner:
They make lots of money, they can pay someone to help. Not ok for Me to educate them...they obviously don’t care.
