Avoid this building

Pros

There are rent stabilized units. Heat and water was included.

Cons

People steal your packages, super is unprofessional, landlord is rude, huge roaches and water bugs cause the building is so old. I would not recommend living in this building at all.

having lived in that building for two years, i would strongly recommend not living there. very uneven floors, unresponsive landlord, super doesnt do the work, package theft in the building constantly.
