Would not recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big bathroom for NYC Good appliances electric bill seems to be lower than rest of NYC
Cons:
Everything from neighbors to management. The heat was unbearable and the building was rarely cleaned up. Packages got stolen
Advice to owner:
Do better when it comes to keeping this building clean and safe

Avoid at all costs
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Neighbors are really nice
Cons:
- Unresponsive super and owner - Pests (cockroaches, rats, and mice) throughout the building - Expired fire safety equipment (extinguishers, fire alarms in hallways) - Broken or missing appliances in apartments - Management will fuck with your heat and barely turn it on, if at all - The outside of the building is well kept. Trash is usually just thrown outside
