Decent and good deal

Minimal rent increase despite not stabilized
Cons:
Loud surroundings, heat takes a while to kick on effectively
Advice to owner:
Consider tenant requests, or at least the ones that also benefit you.

Good bang for buck

Pros:
Clean building, well maintained, and with spacious apartments. Convenient location and a friendly neighborhood. Good heat management and the building owners are actually good about responding to requests or questions.
Cons:
Thin walls which means you hear a LOT. Everything from arguing couples, to barking dogs, or people barreling down the stairs.
Advice to owner:
Keep it up, and leave rent prices alone.
