Incompetent and frustrating mgt
Former Tenant
Pros:
A few friendly neighbors; our apartment was renovated;
Cons:
Super didn’t speak fluent English; management was almost useless (they had a low energy, sleepy rep for our bldg Mamés Blimey); we asked for over 2 yes to get leak fixed; rat seen running in hallway
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and hire super that can communicate clearly

Not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
My 3 bedroom was huge, easily could have been a 4 bedroom, and the finishes were nice.
Cons:
COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. Massive infestation for years. Even outside the building you'll see the bugs running around. I don't care how clean you keep your place, you'll have cockroaches

Construction above my head and chain smoking neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient Harlem neighborhood
Cons:
When I lived here four major things happened that frustrated me::
1. My neighbor was a chain smoker and my room was next to stairwell and apartment smelled of cigarettes all the time. 2. My bathroom ceiling caved in once entirely because the apartment above me had a water leak. 3. They did construction and changed the flooring for a month at 7AM waking me up violently out my sleep. 4. Homeless man used to sleep in stairwell during the winter.
Advice to owner:
Quit.
