Okay apartment, amazing super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super was amazing. Attentive. The apartment itself was good for the price. They also let us use the sec deposit for the final 2 months (maybe lenient bc of covid).
Cons:
Upstairs apartment consistently leaked into our apartment— like a mini waterfall. People would litter in the shared “courtyard”. Upstairs neighbor was a nightmare.
Advice to owner:
Fix whatever leak was going on. It damaged our ceiling and could’ve damaged our belongings.
