Decent Starter Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Found this apartment looking for a room on Facebook. The approval process was nearly non-existent. The appliances worked fine and we never had serious issues. Convenient location by the train and expansive ball fields across the street. The bodega downstairs was the best part!
Cons:
The primary resident roommate was the only one management would talk to if at all. It took me 5 months to get access to the virtual front doorman app. Tons of bugs and worn cabinets. Loud at night and nothing beyond the basics in a 2 block radius
Advice to owner:
Hire a more responsive management team
