It’s okay

Pros:
The building inside is clean and no quiet. No major disturbances from neighbors.
Cons:
The outside of the building is very loud during the night and sometimes the afternoon due to bar downstairs. The building also have roaches.
Advice to owner:
Clean up the roach infestation. Clean up the piled up garbage and clean the elevator daily.
