Management are scammers

Pros:
the building is kept pretty clean, unless the neighbors let their dog shit in the lobby again
Cons:
Management was completely unhelpful in resolving our gas issues (we were being SIGNIFICANTLY overcharged by conedison) and basically left us to figure it out for the whole year, which we couldn't because conedison needed them to grant access to the building. AND IT'S BEEN THREE WEEKS AND THEY HAVEN'T GIVEN US THE SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK
Advice to owner:
go to hell
