Winters are rough
Former Tenant
Pros:
Small building, can identify neighbors. Although throwing trash in an alleyway OUTSIDE is a hassle, I’ve never encountered rodents.
Cons:
The building owner doesn’t allow the super to control the heat. Be prepared for bare minimum temps in the freezing cold. The super doesn’t know how to fix common issues, doesn’t follow up frequently and uses his KIDS to do his work.
Advice to owner:
Pay for better help and stop skimping on the heat.
