Falling Apart no the same place

Pros:
Laundry Room and thats barely it
Cons:
Mice infestation, Superintendent doesn’t clean, Stairwells dirty, Elevator dirty, Hallways are dirty, Lobby is dirty
Advice to owner:
Hire a new superintendent that actually cleans.
