Tenant Review - Nice Building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s very clean. Very nice custodians.
Tenants are nice.
Everyone is friendly, but minds their business.
Heat is never a problem
Big Apartments
Close to Subway and Metro North
Cons:
It’s hard to get in contact with anyone for anything, especially fixtures.
They take forever to do the fixtures you request. They start the work, but never complete it.
No one knows who the Super is. They switched 2 times since I’ve lived there. I don’t even think they have one now. When you ask no one knows.
There is a lot of loitering in front of the building
Smoking, drinking alcohol, barbecuing, selling products, or just hanging out.
Cars tend to double park in front of the building most times blocking in the parked cars.
Needs kitchen upgrade
No hot water almost everyday at different times
Advice to owner:
Stay more on top of the fixtures needed.
Need a reliable Super.
The loitering in front of the building needs to be dealt with.
The hot water needs to be fixed.
