Great Building. Poor Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is ideally located with few apartments on each floor making it quiet and comfortable. Everyone respects each other’s privacy with minimal noise issues. Units are updated with good water pressure.
Cons:
Management and the on-site super are nearly impossible to get in touch with, unresponsive, and unhelpful. There was a lack of heat for multiple months throughout the winter and there was minimal support to resolve the issue. Normal maintenance requests required consistent follow ups.
Advice to owner:
Please be helpful and responsive to timely and urgent issues.
