Large space is only Pro
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment is large by New York City standards… WD Combo would be nice if it worked.
Cons:
Building is 120 years old. Very outdated.
Old lobby not painted in years. Apartments are old, kitchen is tiny - no dishwasher. Bathroom is small, has not been updated in years. Bathroom floor needs to be re-grouted, tiles are completely lose. There is no ventilation in the bathroom other than the window; mildew and mold on ceiling because of it.
Advice to owner:
Answer your tenants needs or you will lose all your tenants.
