Pros:
I loved living here and the area; lots of space and well heated in the winter.
Cons:
The super does not respond unless you contact management, then he will get mad at you for contacting them. Difficult to work with.

Cheaper covid discount price
Cons:
The management is a complete hot mess. They do not communicate, they are all over the place with their records, there were lots of issues with initial apartment with shower , kitchen, stove , etc.
Advice to owner:
Get it together.

Mice and bugs oh my

Very kind and responsive super, always comes quick to fix things
Cons:
Had mice in our apartment along with later ants, roaches, etc. Nearly every appliance broke at some point. They rekeyed the building with no advance notice.
