Not great really
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious Has Verizon Fios. Affordable-ish.
Cons:
Pests. Hallways can go weeks not being cleaned. Noise can fluctuate. A row of RVs are parked on Macombs now. Super doesn’t actually fix anything. And things are broken often. Mold. Water pressure can go to full blast to non existent in the span of 30 seconds. Boiler has issues periodically. Needs to be updated electrically.
