Harlem in the 80’s all over again!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment size.
Cons:
The maintenance, the neighbors, the crackheads, drug dealers, prostitutes, & pimps, the unsupervised children, the elevator, the garbage collection, management, the mouse infestation, the roaches, the intercom, the package thieves, the gas, the windows, etc.
Advice to owner:
I hope your quality of life, and that of your family is the same if not worse than your tenants!
