Newly Renovated Very Responsive Very Noisy
Former Tenant
Pros:
Appliances were in great condition and relatively new when we moved in. Washer/dryer in unit was a huge plus. And management is very responsive to work orders that come in.

We can control the temperature of the apartment which has been very nice, we didn’t boil alive in the winter.

They have first-come first-serve storage units in the basement which was really nice. And an outdoor space that can be accessed from the basement, but it wasn’t really useable because it was gross.
Cons:
They have a lot of problems with the front door closing all the way because of either the latch or the draft or the flooring, so it felt a little unsafe.

Storage units in the basement are nice but I have seen massive roaches in the basement.

Very noisy building, both with street noise since it’s on a major avenue and also neighbors who have occasional screaming matches in the middle of the night.
Advice to owner:
Make the basement and outdoor space a more useable and appealing space

Nice first apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s nice aesthetic wise, relatively quite, has a dishwasher and in unit washer/dryer combo.
Cons:
Took a while for repairs to get addressed and fixed. I had 2 mice in my apartment at one point(very unusual)
Advice to owner:
Better communication with tenants
