I could live here for years.

Pros:
I've been a long-term tenant in this building. There are no complaints. The landlord is organized. The live-in super is responsive. The building is regularly cleaned. The apartments are priced well and subway is less than a 2 minute walk away. whenever I have friends visit they are in love with the charm of my apartment
Cons:
This is a pre-war building, so no air conditioning and elevator.

Great location, great neighbors, wonderful super
Cons:
As with most pre-war buildings, pests were an issue but the building and super always did a good job of trying to resolve them!
