Small but tidy

Pros:
Clean building, no pests, responsive Super, quiet neighbors, and laundry in the building
Cons:
These are minor issues. Small mailboxes (mail is often crammed inside), thin walls, only two small closets in the entire apartment.

Its a nice apartments. The super is very responsive and nice. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. The building managers are very professional
