little over a year and things have been great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is very responsive to when things need to be addressed. Replaced a light fixture in our bathroom same day.
Cons:
The laundry used to be coin operated. Now it’s RFID-Card operated. This is fine in concept, but 1. Price per load increased .75¢ ($1.75 > $2.50) 2. They didn’t install a machine to reload cards and this can’t be done online either. You have to arrange w/ super a time to get a replacement card (min $50 balance)
Advice to owner:
Everything is has been great, the only improvement would be to install a laundry card machine or chose a company that allows for online refills.
