Responsive but theres a mice problem

Pros:
The landlord is very responsive to any issues that you may have. A lot of space for the price. No
Cons:
Theres a mice issue. No matter how clean I try to keep it, wiping down everything, making sure the trash is out, mice will always come to visit.
