Great Time Living Here

Pros:
Their super is incredible. Shared stair space is kept clean, updates to paint, tiling. Never had a problem in apt with bugs or rodents.
Cons:
I had water damage on my ceiling in my bathroom for months. The only reason it got done was because the building has an INCREDIBLE Super who goes above and beyond his job and is good at communicating.
Also this building was notorious for packages stolen all of the time and never figured out if it was someone in or out of the building. Building management was super unhelpful with that.
