Great place to live!

Pros:
Well-kept and renovated nicely. We’ve had issues here and there due to flooding, lack of proper heating in the basement, etc, but the issues are few and far between and they take care of them quickly. The neighbors are nice and keep to themselves. Mostly quiet.
Cons:
A few issues, but we’ve always been able to resolve them quickly. Some of the neighbors are picky about things but it’s not a big deal.
