Stinky & Stuffy
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious and great lighting on the south side units
Cons:
Dead animals in the walls the landlord has known about for years and claims he can do nothing about, so the hotter the outside temperature the worse the building smells. Including the south side units.
The super is tardy, dodgy, and combative. Several past and previous tenants essentially had no super while paying rent for one due to his avoidance and/or aggression.
Extensive annual patch jobs instead of timely maintenance that have lead to black mold issues, heating problems, water problems, and astronomical electricity bills.
Advice to owner:
Stop trying to squeeze every tenant for their last penny until you have staff that do their job and units that function for the price you charge.
