Fine for NYC if not for the cockroaches

Pros:
The apartment was a decent size for the price. I love that there are so many train lines nearby. the neighborhood has a few really great restaurants/cafes (albeit, not many).
Cons:
The cockroaches! They would show up too frequently at the apartment. It was definitely an issue in the building.
Advice to owner:
Definitely better pest control
