Drug Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing. I hate this building
Cons:
All the drug dealers and gang bangers hang out in front of this building. Its the only place like this in Harlem. The worst building in the neighborhood by far.
Advice to owner:
Remove the presence from in front of the building at all times. Your little sign aint doing the job.
