Quick for Rent, Slow with service
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great due to major subway lines in the area. Building has good water pressure and heat.
Cons:
Neighbors steal packages
The building is not kept clean
Garbage doesn't seem to go out often
There are no cameras in the building at all
Things do not get fixed in a timely manner
Advice to owner:
You are very fast to message tenants about rent but do not keep this building up to minimum standards. You should try to focus on keeping the building clean and getting things fixed.
