Good but needs some improvement
Former Tenant
Pros:
They vlean the floors everday and smells good all time
Cons:
No security cameras, scary elevator, super old wood floors, no working buzzer!!
Advice to owner:
Install security camera for our safety and our things because have been stolen, please fix the buzzer it is so important, try to improve the elevator with a new floor or new walls and the floors of the units, they are so old the are always sounding snd that brings bugs...

Generally fine for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
The management wasn’t too bad. Took a while to get things fixed but they generally did get fixed. The street was always quiet which was nice. The neighbors in the building are lovely and welcoming. The buzzer system was nice that it went to my cell phone so I could buzz people in.
Cons:
I had cockroaches. They had the exterminator come but it didn’t do much. It wasn’t like a colony or anything but about 2 or 3 a month I would find. The fact that they advertise a “part time doorman” is a joke though. It’s just the super or his wife who sit in a folding chair and let anyone in the building welcome or not. From time to time the water and heat in the building would go out.
Advice to owner:
Don’t advertise a doorman. Clearly is not.
