It’s a hit or miss

Pros:
My apartment is the only thing I loved about living in this building. When I moved in I received the apartment brand new. New stainless steel appliances, new hard wooden floor, clean white walls, new bathroom, new doors, new windows. It was the best ever
Cons:
However, the garbage system in this building is horrible, horrendous and extremely disgusting. The neighbors are lazy to walk to the actual bins and decided to toss their garbage bags in the quad, next to the back door of the building. The laundry room is in the building behind the actual building meaning you gotta walk and cross the quad to get to the laundry room where all the nasty garbage is always laying out in the quad. The laundry room smells like a dead person to say the least. I can’t describe the foul smell. I feel like puking each time I go in there to do laundry. Only reason I go sometimes is cause it’s affordable. It’s not even free. The main lobby is never clean. Kids decided it’s cute to write vague words on the walls and it’s been almost 2 months and management hasn’t done much about the graffiti on the walls. Main door is usually always broken too. Camera security never works and packages get stolen from time to time
Advice to owner:
Please get the garbage system better and keep the lobby clean. Get security camera la on lobby working and on each floor
