Shitty Property Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator, laundry, quiet neighbors, close to A and 1 trains.
Cons:
Choice Management SUCKS
Advice to owner:
Respond to residents in a timely manner. Spend some money to ACTUALLY improve the building. Your putting band aids on a broken leg. I hated every interaction I had with everyone at Choice Management. The company is unorganized, neglectfully to the point of negligence, demeaning, and are slum lords!

Avoid due to negligent management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is nice, pet friendly
Cons:
Management is abysmal. They ignore serious maintenance issues, and when they actually do respond to complaints, they provide no solutions nor do anything to solve the problem. Would unfortunately recommend avoiding this building despite the pros, as it seems the building is need of many repairs that are not being handled appropriately and efficiently.
Advice to owner:
Don’t ignore tenants with maintenance complaints that have been verified by the super (and/or city inspectors), and actually fix these issues in a timely manner.

Bring Your Patience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Affordable place to live if you manage to secure a rent-stabilized apartment, and stay put.
Cons:
Superintendent responsiveness could be better, as well as the cleanliness and repairs to common areas. Also the water quality is very questionable. I have to run my kitchen cold water tap a good ten minutes each morning to actually get maybe cold water. There's also the LL and management's tendency to 'harass' long-standing tenants e.g. fake non-payment eviction cases, submitting lease packages very late and outside of DCHR limits. I could go on, but I won't for now. If you're desperate okay, if not, look elsewhere.
