Disaster w/ Bugs on top

Pros:
big apartment, lots of light, never had a package stolen
Cons:
BUG INFESTED!!! MICE!!! Loud neighbors who smoke crack, creaky ass floors, BARELY any heat, barely responsive properly owners, coldest days of the year, no heat
Advice to owner:
FIX THE BUG PROBLEM!!!

Cons:
Fly infested,roach infested, mice infested. Hallway always smell of something dead. The upkeep in this building is despicable.
