It’s a fine building but could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent sized units, elevator in building, laundry in building, updated appliances
Cons:
Lots of roaches and other pests, basement and lobby are not well kept, management is not very responsive, elevator breaks down a lot
Advice to owner:
Clean up and update community areas, invest in better pest control, cameras to prevent package theft

Artist building gentrified
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building is right off of the express trains and in perfect proximity to St Nicholas park.
Cons:
There are some people in the building that aren’t very neighborly (gentrification hit hard).
Advice to owner:
Be more proactive about updating the common things around the apartment like outside lighting, intercom system and getting a camera system in the hallways.

Ten year resident
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartments. Modern renovations. New pipes electric and gas pipes. The new super is great. When an appliance breaks they replace it quickly.
Cons:
The building is an older one. The basement where the laundry room is is a bit dirty. Packages get stolen from the main floor.
Advice to owner:
Add security cameras to the first floor where the mailboxes are. Keep the front garden nice.
