Total Joke of a building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Renovated unit, nice quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors
Cons:
The stairwell and lobby are in total disarray: peeling paint, dirty gum stained floors, worn out stairs, crumbling sheetrock and water leaking from roof. Maintenance requests are almost never fulfilled. Exterminator is supposed to come once a month but never does anymore. Renovation in unit was done cheaply and poorly, for example they bought a fridge that was too big so they just ripped open the sheet rock so it could jam it in, leaving gaping holes in the wall. They also never painted our door. Such a ripoff for the price too.
Advice to owner:
Give your tenants the conditions your tenants deserve or get out of the building management business.

Could've been better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Loved the space, nice location and neighborhood, great neighbors. So many nice families in the building and in the area.
Cons:
The mice infestation that began in the summer. The dishwasher repeatedly breaking and having long delays in its repair. The heating pipe in one bedroom that rattled all winter. The shoddy renovation on our apartment.
Advice to owner:
Be responsive about repairs and pest management. We called several times to be given the runaround.
