Nice building but….
Former Tenant
Pros:
- nice neighbors - doormen, porters, …. Everyone is nice and friendly
Cons:
- board. Old school and do not want to upgrade the building and lisent to tenant and other landlord how want to to make it better. I.e don’t want to use the roof as rooftop nor use it for solar panel - D 18 building rating - mice problem. A lot of tenant are complaining every week on mice problem - to much heat in winter. Need to turn on AC
Advice to owner:
Pressure board on making upgrades

Luxury Perks & Affordable
Former Tenant
Pros:
I’ve lived in the city for 10 years and this is by far the best apartment building I’ve lived in. Friendly doormen, storage room, laundry room in the basement, elevators, immediately above the subway station... all of the perks of a luxury building but much more affordable. It’s a massive building (3 towers) but has the quietest and sweetest neighbors. Never an issue accessing laundry machines, the property manager is on site and super helpful... I love it here!
Cons:
It is a coop building so each apartment is owned privately. That means that apartments may vary in upkeep and amenities. Also, the application / approval process took about a month, so be ready to share all of your financials, be interviewed, and make sure you are not coming up against a firm move-out date in your old place!
Advice to owner:
Love it here! One request is that the rental application be amended so it’s a quicker process.
