First time in New York
Former Tenant
Pros:
The heating system was really good for the winter
It was close to the 145th street station (A, D, B, C trains)
Neighbors are chill
Close to a Foodtown
Close to a Laundromat
Landlord was extra sweet and caring
Cons:
There are way too many rats outside the building
Trash filled alley
The elevator is really slow and old

I advise you to not move here. Many mice and ants.
Former Tenant
Pros:
I liked how the next door neighbors were quiet and respectful. Had no issues with them.
Cons:
Many rodent and big issues and they were never, ever addressed!!! Abysmal response to anything involving improvements and rude management office.
Advice to owner:
DO BETTER.
