Great location, okay building.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location mostly quiet neighborhood, great location of express train stations.
Cons:
The superintendent doesn’t clean the building often enough, they can go days sometimes weeks without cleaning. Regular mail deliver is a problem here if you are someone who requires timely delivery of your mail. They neighbors do not care of each other peace of mind. Loud music all hours of the night, and constant fighting and disturbances from them as well. The walls are thin you can hear your neighbors phone ringing.
Advice to owner:
Make sure your building is being cleaned regularly, when tenants file noise complaints take them seriously. And get whatever issues going on with the US postal services resolved quickly.
