Nice apartment, bad building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Gorgeous apartment, huge space, brand new floors, lots of light
Cons:
Terrible and rude management, mice (on the TENTH floor), dirty laundry room that wasn’t rly cleaned or fixed ever
Advice to owner:

Dio is the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
Do better Dio.
Cons:
Dio Del Rosario does nothing for this building. he does not respond to emails, he does not fix anything, and he does not care about anything that goes wrong. He will respond, if you are lucky enough to get a response, with attitude
