Horrible super service terrible office staff
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location and tenants the community is great you will see lots of families and dog owners
Cons:
Lack of maintenance daily simple cleaning is an issue. The super in this building hardly clean the floors when you call him always busy.
Advice to owner:
Following up about the maintenance of the building is critical. Make sure you have a survey about your supers send it to tenants and that will provide feedback from your renters

This building could be nice but it's not.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great, nice being so close to City College, access to trains, and so many good local restaurants.
Cons:
Hot water is VERY sporadic--on for about 20 min in the morning and then in the evening. Rest of the day, it's a crap shoot. Generally there isn't any. The boiler has broken down almost every winter have lived here, including one year where it was below 20 outside and there was no heat for 3 days. Either management is slow to respond, or do not respond at all. Elevator breaks down often, sometimes with people inside. The lobby is drab, and sometimes people will get in and just hang out in there, but they don't live in the building. Lots of packages stolen this way last year.
Advice to owner:
This could be a really nice place to live, if only you would invest back into the property and put your tenants first.
