Home not so sweet home

Pros:
The apartment had one very large room
Cons:
Mouse infestation that was never taken care of. No heat or hot water during some of the coldest nights.
Advice to owner:
Give ample heating to your tenants.

Pros:
I've been living here quite some time. You get what you pay for. The one bedroom apartments are super big. The superintendent, Jonas, is so helpful and friendly. The heat works in the winter. It's good.
Cons:
I wish there was less rodents and insects.
Advice to owner:
I just wish there were less rodents/insects

High ceilings, responsive super and management, monthly pest control, relatively renovated (not perfect), close to multiple transit options
Cons:
Loud street, frequent drug use on street, building needs deep clean and update, feels unsafe
