707 Has Been A Constant Headache
Former Tenant
Pros:
There's laundry in the basement; dishwasher in the updated units and landlord customer service is somewhat responsive
Cons:
- serious rodent problem; rat ran across my foot in the laundry room -laundry machines are always broken -SOMETHING is always broken -The elevator is flaky and is never cleaned -the building is not well maintained at all - the front door is currently broken -circle through supers with regularity

Avoid at all costs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, good sunlight on top floors.
Cons:
Neighbor constantly trying to start a fistfight and screaming in the hallway. Rodents and roaches in the walls, can hear them moving in the walls and ceiling at night and occasionally make it into the apartment. Whole building smells like garbage. Heat inconsistent, sometimes freezing and sometimes way too hot. Roof alarm is always getting set off and is like 100dB. Management unresponsive across the board.
Advice to owner:
This could be a great place to live if you cared about it more and weren't just taking advantage of the people who live here.

Worst building ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newly renovated apt was nice. Laundry in basement. The super was sweet (even though it took him way too long to do anything)
Cons:
The building is dirty, infested with roaches, worst management company ever, heat would go out in winter, people smoking in stairwells and elevator, elevator breaks constantly
Advice to owner:
Seriously stop renovating apartments and just demolish the building and start again. Worst living experience ever.
